Register your Group for Basecamp

July 15-19 2019 @ Rock Eagle- Eatonton, Ga

 

This is your group registration page.  Fill out the form below and submit.  You will receive a confirmation email that your group has registered for BASECAMP 2019.   Your registration will not be complete until a deposit is received in the sum of $50 per person registered.  You may add or drop until June 1st.  After June first there are no refunds.

Each church is required to send one qualified adult per seven students. Each adult must be available to serve as chaperones and/or small group leaders. We have a program to assist in finding qualified adults.

NOTE:  Once you have registered your group you must still print out required forms for each participant. Registration is not complete until deposit is recieved and  all required forms are filled out appropriately and recieved  by June first.  Balance is due upon arrival.
